Here I am. I have finally given into the world of blogging after realizing how much people enjoy this. It's sort of like how everyone got into Facebook and Twitter and I just wasn't into it. I hadn't tried it yet at the time, I just sort of thought the concept of posting some random phrase or thought out of the blue for friends to comment on was a dumb idea. Then after a bunch of people I know pushed me to get on Facebook, I gave in and ended up enjoying it for the benefit of finding old friends that I had lost touch with over the years. I could do without the ridiculous amount of dumb game invites, but that's another story. Twitter on the other hand, I haven't quite given into yet. Give it some time. I just may get sucked into that too.
Anyways, back to the whole starting to blog thing. I realized that I like getting my thoughts into the open and talking about what's on my mind or going on in my life, but sometimes someone just isn't around. Instead of being a crazy person and talking to myself (and even crazier if I replied or asked myself questions), I decided to give into the world of blogging and follow that crowd. So, here I am. I'm popping my blogging cherry right here for you all to read. Well, just myself for right now since I don't currently have any followers yet, but give me a break...I JUST created this blog. With that said, this bad boy will be more lively soon enough. Also, as my blog title states, "Life's Not Sugarcoated" and neither will be my blog posts. I still have some setting up work to do on here with visuals and setup, but I found getting an inital intro post written was more important.
